Replaced plugs and coils after getting random misfire

Went for a test drive and all was good.

3 days later same thing car idling really rough, shut off, was able to turn back on and couldn't go above 30mph.Check engine light flashing

Going to try to take it by AZ for a check engine scan. Assume it's the same thing, could Cats be causing the misfire.

Should i check plugs again? It's just a PIA as I have to take the whole intake off to get to all plugs...

Definitely get it scanned and try and use factory plugs and coils if you can because aftermarket ones can definitely cause a misfire and cam sensors are not entirely uncommon
