Hi Scotty!
strange thing is happening with my 2007 Buick with 76,000 miles. Whenever I start driving the car and make a first step on gas, there is a little groaning noise coming from left wheel. Same noise also happens whenever I do a hard left turn while braking. Seldom times it happens just when doing left hard turn. When it happens, the brake pedal is not able to be pushed down at all. I just had the lower control arms, all 4 tie rods, bushings and rack and pinion replaced. What could it be?
Check the rotor, caliper, and pads in that side.
The rotor and pads there were replaced in November 2020. What should I look for in a caliper in particular? Thanks for the suggestion!
Make sure it stays in place when you apply brake and the moving pins can easily go back and forth.
