My vehicle ran out of gas, after putting in gas it started running bad. It shakes really bad with overdrive button on, turn it off the engine smooth out. I've tried adding gas treatment because I thought I had gotten bad gas but it didn't improve it. The engine light stays on but occasionally it flashes. What could be issues. Almost all the warning lights are on.

Letting a fuel injected car run out of gas is usually the kiss of death for your 15 year old in tank fuel pump. I would get as pressure test to check its function, or lack thereof.
Not only is the fuel pump likely damaged but some dirt from the bottom of the tank could have made it through the filter and into your fuel injectors. Has it been scanned for codes and live data?
