2007 Toyota Solara convertible

Thinking about buying a 2007 Toyota Solara convertible from a Lexus dealer in the Milwaukee area. 91,000 miles on the vehicle. 3.3 liter V6 with the 5 speed automatic. Asking price is $9200. Car looks great inside and out. What should I be concerned about? No mention of timing belt change on the Carfax report. Or a 2008 Volkswagen EOS convertible with 78,000 miles with V6 and automatic for $7500? Thanks

The Solara was one of the best convertibles ever made and the EOS was one of the worst convertibles ever made. Definitely go with the Solara.

Price on the Solara seems top end of the range - especially since convertibles aren't hot sellers in March.

Don't get an EOS - just keeping the monkey-motion convertible top operating would cost of fortune, let alone the rest -
