i just bought a 2008 ford expedition with 95,000. its a one owner with many dealer service records, the car was really maintained by the previous owners. when i asked him about changing the plugs and transmission oil he said that the dealer told him is better not change them and leave it alone. i want to get as many miles out of it as i can. i wonder is it okay to change the sparkplugs and the transmission oil or is it too late. thank you in advance.

is it okay to change the sparkplugs
of course its okay. plugs wear out and need to be changed like anything else. But they may not need it yet.
Did you take a couple out to see what they look like?
