Hello Scotty, This happened twice to me now. After starting and driving the Rav4, when I try to restart, it keeps turning over but wont start. Ive been noticing that it has been taking more turning over to start lately. I changed out the air filter & PCV valve. Plugs were replaced a few months ago. I cleaned the Mass Air Sensor. Im starting to suspect my fuel pump. I got a Evap System Leak Test Failed on my OBD2. One more thing, when its turning over and not starting, the gas peddle has no resistance at all. Help! Thank you

Clean the fuel injectors.
