Hello Scotty. I am looking at buying 2009 Scion xB, 4cyl, 115,000, Automatic trans from a wholesale outlet in nj. They are asking $5500 and I believe he will take $3700. Some surface rust, body is average, no thrills Scion. I watched your video on 2009 Scion xB; would I be purchasing a headache? With the oil consumption issues the 2az-fe presents should I roll the dice?

avoid wholesale outlet, check vin number just to get an idea where youre vehicle has been

In my opinion, the lack of service records would lend to possible future problems. Who knows how it has been maintained? It could be all city driving.
I would avoid this unit.
