Hey Scotty, Long time viewer, first time poster
BACKGROUND
I've done the basic wear and preventative maintenance: air filters, fuel filter, oil changes, tires, battery, brakes/rotors, radiator/oil flush and fill at 100K
No trouble codes other than the pesky TPS sensor faults that come and go. (those OEM TPS sensors are more expensive than tires!)
No rotted/cracking belts or hoses, no drivetrain issues, no leaks.
QUESTION
Are there any other preventative maintenance items I should consider?
I think you suggested in one video not to change automatic trans fluid unless having a problem.
I think Ford claims trans fluid is good to 150,000. Not sure about diff fluid.

I would change the automatic transmission filter but use the oil fluid (when you drain it, keep it in a clean container, change the filter, and put the fluid back).
