I have a 2010 Nissan Altima SR 3.5 my wife was driving home from work 2 days ago and it was shaking where she couldn’t go above 35 mph and engine light blinking. She finally made it home and we had our son check her codes with his scanner. It pulled up P0301 and P0300 these pulled up as permanent codes. I replaced the ignition coils and spark plugs on the back 3 cylinders. Replaced a bunch of vacuum lines due to them being brittle and the spark plugs where white showing running lean which could be vacuum leak. Put everything back together and it runs a little better she says it’s not AS rough but still rough idle and take it for a drive and still can’t get above 35 mph due to shaking. Cannot clear codes due to them being permanent. I’m at a loss on what could be wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

try swapping cylinder 1 fuel injector with one of the others
If code switches to a different cylinder ur problem is most likely faulty fuel injector
