Hey Scotty, my Highlander has some vibration when put into drive but smooth when in neutral.
Is it just the front motor mount?
how hard is it to change it myself. I’ve done most of the repairs myself on this car but not sure about this task.
what do you recommend?

It could be. Have someone put the car in drive while you check the engine. If it shakes a lot, it is the mounts. On the other hand, it could be torque converter as well. Does your car shake when your car is at stop and the gear is in drive?
