I'm looking at a 2010 Toyota Tundra SR5 TRD Offroad and the owner is asking $16,500 CAD for it. It has the 4.7L V8 with 143,000km, aftermarket heated leather seats, line-x bed, and seems to be in good shape overall with no body rust. Is this a good price? Thanks in advance!
One red flag I see is that it cant be a SR5 and TRD model - it has to be one or the other. If thats their typo you may want to square that. Other than that sounds like Inthrustwetrust is all over this for you.
Well the truck has both the SR5 and TRD badging on it, so I'm not sure which one to believe haha
That’s extremely low mileage. Before any negotiations, verify if that’s indeed the real mileage.
The price is still high, but I hear cars are very expensive in Canada.
If everything checks out and a professional mechanic inspects it before purchase, there’s still plenty of life left in that vehicle.
People can ASK any amount - "When he says 10, he means 8, he wants 6 and it's worth 4 and you bid 2." Just kidding. Check out autotrader.ca - they have thousands of Toyota trucks and you can see what the market is like - but pay less, because a private party isn't offering trade-ins, financing, etc.
That's true. That was his bottom price though. I think he was originally asking $19,500
