Delay in tranny when fully stopped does not rev up rpms just no response does not slip ever does not do this all the time. No other symptoms no dash lights on. It is a 2011 chevy impala 223000 miles no codes. Help

It is not at all clear from your description whether it is your transmission that is not responding or your gas pedal.
Scan the car for codes and live data as a first step to see what's going on.
