Do you have your Check Engine Light illuminated on your dashboard? Fuel injectors could be putting excess fuel into the engine, like they're dripping. In which case, You didn't mention your mileage. That is pretty helpful for a diagnosis. You might get a bottle of ATS 505 CRF Carbon Clean.
No check engine light is on. The caravan has 114,014 miles on it

I can smell it when I crank up the vehicle and especially when. I turn the heat or AC on
