What are the system pressures? Is the suction/low-pressure line (larger hose or pipe going from evaporator to compressor) getting cold?

i will check and find out

i start to get neevouse because the fan seems to rpm very high

On most cars the radiator fans are turned on when the AC is turned on, in addition to the condenser fan, so yeah they can put up quite a racket with the hood open.

the compressor clutch comes on every 12 sec the metal lines are cold when i turn up the blower it blows out hot air and the fan seems to go faster but no cold air

It would be good to see system pressures but if the suction line is getting cold it could very well be that the problem is your blend door is not working and is sending hot air from the heater core into the cabin instead of cold air from the evaporator. Unfortunately all that is buried under the dashboard and inaccessible so cannot be checked directly. A fancy scan tool like the ones Scotty uses that can communicate with the modules might be able to diagnose it.

I don't know what the spec is on that vehicle for compressor cycling. On the old Cherokees with the inline six, the factory shop manual states that the definition of excessive AC compressor cycling is over 10 times per minute (cycling time less than six seconds). It will be different on yours but I don't have a manual for that vehicle.

You would really need to hook up a gauge set to see what's going on inside the AC system.

thank you
