Hey Scotty,
My wife has a 2011 Mazda 3, automatic, 110k miles.
When she goes to start her car in the morning, it starts then dies seconds later (Won't idle). But the second time she starts it, it runs normally (idles fine). Ive changed the oil every 8-10k miles, and changed the air filter.
Please let me know what you think it might be. Your a hammer!

Check the fuel line pressure. Clean the MAF sensor and throttle body. Also, change the oil every 5k miles.
