2011 Rav4 AWD 4-cyl limited 127,300 miles electrical problem and missing key-fob

Hello, I have a 2011 Rav4 All wheel drive 4-cylinder limited (Approx. 127,300 miles on odometer) that appears to have a battery draining issue. Unless started shortly after the car will not start without being jumped off or charged (although recently it appears that charging is not working the best if at all). I believe it has something to do with the aftermarket radio. I got an aftermarket radio around last April installed, and for the most part the radio worked ok. Around December of last year my Rav4 began to not start unless jumped off or charged, and then after being charged for around twelve hours would start 4 or 5ish times before it needed to be recharged. However the problem has gotten worse, as I described to an extent earlier: It will not start without being jumped off or maybe if it is charged, and now will only start if started shortly after it was just running and warmed up. A trusted mechanic told us that the aftermarket radio was draining the battery, however around 2-3 weeks ago we had the radio disconnected (and no radio has been connected in its place). Also, I cleaned the battery posts and cables today (even though they were not very badly corroded) and they are tight, and the electrical problem still has not gone away.

Second of all I had two key phobs to my 2011 Rav4, and one has gone missing. Is there any way (other than looking for it more) that I can find the other keyphob?

Also, if at all possible please include a link or links to where Scotty Kilmer himself talks about this

For charging issue, load test the alternator. Odds are your alternator is not functioning correctly. About the key fob, call SmithLock and see if they can make another fob for you since you already have one working fob.

We had the alternator load tested back in December and the guy said it was fine

Test it again. This time in Autozone store or other part stores.
