2013 Honda CR-V shaking all the time

Has the shaking problem at 25-30 mph. I was wondering what is wrong and is this fixable?
Actually,  I think that it is shaky all the time.  I just bought the car with 90,000 miles and was wondering if I should take it back to the dealer?

Thank you for your answer.

Is the steering wheel shaking, whole vehicle shaking, transmission shaking?

That is what I am not sure of, if it is the transmission. The tires are brand new Masters tires and I has the car in for an alignment, which helped with the comfort of the ride, but made it difficult to feel this vibration at low speed. It feels like the whole car wiggles. Mostly at the lower speed.

It could be a wheel out of balance. If you just bought it, I'd take it back and tell them what you are experiencing.

Did it not happen on the test drive?

The tires are new and apparently the car needed an alignment and I did not notice this problem. I had the alignment done, now I can feel the car wiggle at 25-30 mph and I had the dealer drive it and he felt it too. He said it was a used car.

An alignment isn't the same as a balance. I would have them road force balanced at a tire shop. Especially with them being new as they likely did not balance them since your dealer sounds super shady. Did the car have a clean title or was it rebuilt/salvage? It could have accident damage that was not properly repaired as well. The dealer's answer is unacceptable. Used cars, in good condition, don't just wiggle because they are used. Unfortunately you bought from a shady dealer. Also, was it a buy here pay here dealer by chance?

I did not have the tires checked for balance and that could be an issue. I did see the car fax and it said no accidents, but there are a couple minor blemishes on the car that look like only minor incidents. I do not believe it was a rebuilt or salvage vehicle. I thought the dealers answer was unacceptable as well. He continued to put the blame on me when he said, you should have done your research first then. It was not a self finance place. It is finance through the credit union. I have read other posts that said the 2014 Honda CR-V has a transmission problem after 50k, and was fixed by the dealer flushing and replacing transmission fluid and reprogramming the computer. If that news to be done, it the dealer I bought it from responsible for paying for that? I bought the car less than 30 days ago.

If it was sold as-is, you'll be on the hook for any repairs. I'm sorry you had a bad dealer. They give us all a bad look.

If your whole vehicle is shaking, as @mod_man said, it might just be your tyres need to be rebalanced.

Also how old are the tyres? Are they a cheap Chinese brand?

The tires are new when I bought the car. The dealer had them put on to sell the car. They are Masters, from the Australian company. They may have a balance issue, but that is not the wiggle or vibration I feel at 20-30 mph.

Check for bent rims. You can also try swapping the back tyres to the front & vv, to check if the shaking goes away.
