If your requirement is cheap maintenance, get the Camry.
Lexuses (just like Toyotas) are supremely reliable, but when they do break, they’re generally more expensive to fix than the equivalent Toyota.
You're paying for the badge, in a way.
get the camry it is a higher year than the lexus.
