Hi,
I have a 2015 Honda Civic LX. The stereo comes with good ole' buttons and no display. Wondering if it is worth upgrading to a double DIN stereo with Android/Apple carplay. Could this cause any problems in the future?

If installed correctly, no problems at all and a good upgrade. But realize the value of improvement is totally a personal perspective.

Ok. I believe the LX is a base trim level on the Civic. Technology from 2012 is in that vehicle. It is totally up to you whether it is worth to have a new one installed. If you do it correctly then why not? Lots of people do it to their older cars.
