Hi, I’m reaching out because I have a 2015 Mazda 3 sport with a seized wheel. It’s a 2L manual transmission that was sitting from July to November. What would cause one of my wheels to be seized? It drives, but it slows down and stops when I take my foot off the gas. I jacked the car up, and the passenger rear tire spun with a little force, but the rear driver tire does not spin at all, not even with force from my hand or a hit with a hammer. I recently had an Out of Province Vehicle Inspection (I moved from Thunder Bay, Ontario to Calgary, Alberta), and it passed. I was told, I would need front brake pads and routers and rear brake pads in six months.

- Well, Wheels generally freeze up because the calipers rust and then they stick. So you probably need rebuilt caliber in the back
