I just got the car this year and had to take it back to the dealership twice because of the MAF sensor and the pcv valve but on a long distance drive (Houston to Austin) the car was running rough should I do a full tune up?

Sounds like you need to do a scan for any codes. 66k is not a lot of miles for things like plugs and pcv parts.
