I watch a ton of your videos on YouTube (love them) I have a 2016 Ford Fusion 1.5L Ecoboost with automatic transmission and when I go up large hills at about 50mph I get a hard shift. The car has only 63k miles on it. I've been looking at extended warranty type plans and am very much outside my wheelhouse lol. I saw that you moved to Tennessee so I thought maybe this is a sign to reach out to an expert that I watch all the time. I'm sure you get bombarded with people trying to reach out to you all the time. I'm scared because I have a loan on this car and I don't know what to do.
