Hey Scotty,

Toyota fan and owner here. I'm looking to buy a newer car soon. I'm looking at the 14'-20' Camrys because my 2010 Camry has done me well the past decade but I'm really liking the 2018-2020 Accords. In your past videos you've said a couple of confusing statements about Accords. First you said you would stay away from my the 2018 to 2020 Accord because of the twin turbo may possibly fail and may be expensive to repair. Then you said that you have yet to see a turbos fail on the Acura so it may not be anything to worry about for a loooong time. And lastly in one of your most recent videos you stated that the most complex parts in the turbos in the Honda Accords don't move so that's a good thing and a good purchase. With those facts: My question to you is would a Honda Accord still be a good buy although it's not naturally aspirated? And should I fear the turbos and stick with the Camry?

Clarification: How many years and miles do you need it to last you?

If you've liked your camera get another one Hondas are not quite as well made anymore as I used to be.

I love my 2020 Accord Sport 2.0T. 40k miles, no issues. Quick when needed, especially in Sport Mode.

I liked it so much I bought a 2021 Ridgeline HPD to go with it. 7k miles on it, zero issues.

Having bought American cars all my life, if Hondas aren't made as well as they used to be, I'm not sure how it's possible. I put a lot of miles on my vehicles and find out pretty quickly what works and what is junk. I'm impressed with Honda at this juncture.
