SCOTTY,
What's your opinion on a 2019 certified pre-owned 2019 Subaru Impreza hatchback? Has 7 year 100K mile warranty and I live in Rhode Island and the winters SOMETIMES can be mean up here. It seems to be a handy car and I really like it.
Do not trust certified pre owned. If you want the car, make sure your mechanic check the car.
Automatic or manual transmission? (Was manual even available on those in 2019?) With manual transmission it should last a good long time. If automatic I would not count on getting more than 150K miles out of the CVT, and despite what Subaru claims about "lifetime" fluid it should be changed at around 30K-40K miles intervals for longest life.
110% agree, no such thing as lifetime fluid.
I don't really trust dealers, I'm thinking about getting it because of the warranty, I know enough to stay away from Nissans, a regular mechanic will service it, any warranty related repairs goes to dealer.
