I purchased a 2wd 700r4 trans and had it installed in my k1500. Transfer case and everything bolts up, however 4wd not working. Is it because the trans not originally being 4wd or is it a transfer case issue? Btw, it has a manual lever not the electronic actuator.

The shafts are different
Do you mean drive shafts? If so, drive shafts look to be properly inserted in the yolks. Main drive shaft for sure is fine. Been driving the truck for over a year with this transmission/ driveshaft set up.
So, can I exchange these to shafts and it should work fine?
