[Solved] '97 Cadillac Deville Concours PCM replacement. What else goes into it?

I have a 1997 Cadillac Deville that has been running at a crazy high idle, I've replaced the IAC valve, MAF tube and sensor and the PCV valve and I took apart and cleaned the throttle body. None of these DIY things helped. I took it to the dealership after I had done all I was comfortable with for diagnosis. I got a call this morning saying that the PCM needs to be replaced(I figured this would be the case). They quoted me $1,400!!! I found pre-flashed refurbished PCMs for under $300 online.

My questions...

1.) Has anyone dealt with or gotten computers from fs1inc.com? They claim to have preprogrammed PCM's using my VIN "plug and play". I'm comfortable pulling the old one out and putting in the new PCM on my own.

2.) If I do get a third party PCM what else do I need to do with the vehicle to get it programmed and running correctly (PCM reset via Battery disconnect, syncing or resetting other parts of the vehicle, driving around normally for a while)?

3.) Do I need to have the dealership or third party programmer reset or sync my key?

I went to the dealership to get this sorted and it did turn out to be the PCM, She idles at 1200 in park and 900 while at a stop in drive. Which isn't super ideal but is a lot better than it was, I'm hoping this sorts its self out once the computer has had more time to relearn a bit. She'll shift a little hard into neutral and park but compared to what it was she's in much better shape.
