Have you considered Corolla, Civic, Camry, Acccord?

i may consider it, however most of those models have Rust underneath (Although i do understand those models i want and mentioned on my post  has also rust) and
the decent ones i saw so far is around 8K more on less, and i've driven those while back in the Philippines so i wanna try something different.

Before making decisions, consider the insurance costs as well. This is more important when you want to buy a luxury one.

that's true, did also the research on that, and talked to my colleague who has a Scion FRS 13, he usually Paid CA$500 a month, well considering he's 19.

Realize that the FRS 13 is not considerd to be luxury though.

Realise what you’ve just described in your list, is an oxymoron, when compared to your question title..

When you refine your search (in your area) to $10,000-$12,000; which cars (make & model) actually show up?
