is there a car that has awd and 4wd
i mean is there a car that has both systems and if there isnt can it be done?

If you mean a car that can be driven in "all-wheel-drive" on dry pavement when desired but switched to 2WD on demand, certainly...

Yes there are cars that work that way. There's just about every possible combination you can imagine

Older Ford Expeditions had 2WD, 4WD, 4WD low, and AWD. Not sure about the newer ones.
