Hi Scotty,
Eric from Houston. I'm on the market for a small used extended cab pickup with manual transmission. Looking for high mpg AND high horsepower. I know that's an oxymoron, but what are my best options?

Depends on how much money you want to spend.Imo, Toyota Tacoma and Nissan Frontier are good ones.
