Best Wiring Harness for TSB 0149-11

I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner V6 with over 165k miles. My HVAC fan only works on high. This is a common issue per TSB 0149-11, and there are numerous videos and threads on the fix. However, there are mixed reviews on the available wiring harness packages for the fix. Any suggestions for the wiring harness package? Go to the dealership? Or ... ? Thank you.

Thanks for the link. I've been to the forms. They used a GM replacement, so is that what you're recommending? Again, I have seen mixed reviews on the quality of that product.
