I have a 2011 Buick Enclave V6 automatic with 103,000 miles on it. I purchased the vehicle in August.and it has ran perfect until Thursday. My wife turned it on to defrost the windshield and it ran fine for 5 minutes. She got in it to back out of the driveway and the battery saver mode came on the display. As soon as that image popped up the radio and heater stopped then the vehicle died. I tried jump starting it to no avail. I put a voltage meter on the battery and it showed 11.44 so I took it to the parts store and they tested it at 11.88. I went ahead and purchased a.new battery installed it to the same avail. The lights, radio, and heat work but when you start it it will crank but that is it. Any help would be appreciated!

I figured out what was wrong with it and feel like a complete idiot in the process. My wife let it run out of gas in our driveway which is on a hill. I coasted it down to the street and it fired up.

Disconnect the battery for a few minutes again and check for blown fuses. Especially main ignition fuses or fuel system fuses. Reconnect the battery if you don't find any or replace any that are blown. Sometimes a hard reset on the computer will fix this.

If this isn't the issue I would start with the basics... check for fuel and spark.
