Camshaft Seals 2002 Honda Odyssey V6

The 3.5L Odyssey EX, 165K miles, developed a small oil drip several weeks ago. After inspection and seeing the oil coming from the timing belt cover, my mechanic believes the source is camshaft seals. Typically, replacement would also include new water pump, timing belt, etc.  I'm awaiting the estimate, but I'm sure it's $1,000+.

The water pump, belt, etc., work was done (per maintenance records of previous owner) in Nov. 2016 at 131K miles, which is 34K and 5yrs 4mos ago. (Honda's recommended timing belt change is 105K or 7yrs, whichever is first.)  The vehicle got a rebuilt transmission last year.

Questions:
Should I proceed with this job?  What's a reasonable life expectancy of this model?
Should I try AT-205 (now available again)?

Thanks!

If it's a small leak I would try AT-205 first with a fresh oil change. You don't really have anything to loose except the cost of the AT-205.
