Car Flooded with water

I have recently gone through hurricane Ian here in Florida and my 2015 Toyota Corolla luckily is the only casualty I sustained. It flooded where I'm at and it got at least past the door seals into the car. I've been slowly drying it out the best I can in the sun during the past few days and the day after it happened it did start and it runs thankfully. It is however having electrical problems, the dash which every warning light was lit the first day and no gauges other then fuel was working, after a few days of drying all my dials are back and the only thing left is ABS, Traction Control and air bag warning light all lit up. It is gonna be a bit till I can properly have it looked at, however I really need to know if I continue to use my car with the computer malfunctioning or the sensors malfunctioning in those areas with it cause further damage and is there anything more I can do till then with minimal tools and knowledge to hold off further damage? I'm a first responder and have no choice but to use it for work.

The issue about car computer is that you may not have immediate issues but in the future, it may give you problems and the flooded cars are the worst in terms of electronic and computer issues. Did you have an insurance to cover the damages by flood?
