What is causing this? Spark plugs replaced a little while ago so can’t be those. 2015 Q50 with the 3.0L

Yes, it can be those. New plugs can be defective and there are also a lot of counterfeit parts around.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to scan for codes and live data.
