I was driving my 06 Mustang GT earlier and it completely shut off on me while driving and now it wont crank, click, and there no power to the lights dashboard or anything what could this be?

usually a dead battery

Probably your alternator was not charging and was not indicating as such.....wore the battery down and then car goes dead.
