2016 Toyota RAV4 has a cartridge oil filter. Baxter has an adapter to convert to a spin on filter. Is there any reason I cannot convert? Two concerns I have. 1 is the cartridge a full flow that needs to be on my Rav 4 vs the spin on which is not a full flow? 2 will the spin on stick out the bottom too far because of the adapter + filter length. I wouldn’t want it o protrude out the bottom and get hit. Thx!

No they work perfectly fine my son did it on his Toyota also
