Hello! I have a 2014 CRV, AWD with 130,000 miles on it. The coolant has never been changed and I would like to do it for the first time myself. I have seen several YouTube videos on how to do it, but every person says to do something different. Is it as simple as a drain and fill, or do I need to run the heat in the cabin, etc.

Drain, fill, and bleed. Would change the thermostat while you have the coolant drained.

You have to properly bleed the air out of the system after replacing the coolant.
Thank you!

When does the owner’s manual call for it to be changed?
