Hi Scotty,
I am big fan of your videos. Thank you so much for all the help and knowledge on Youtube.
I just turned 40 and just got my driving license for the first time. I took couple of driving lessons in 2020 Civic and I have enjoyed the car very much. This is my first time buying/leasing any car. I am thinking to either lease corolla/Camry (SE model) or civic 2022 (touring model 1.5 Turbo/180 hp) for 36 months.
kindly appreciate for your guidance and feedback.
looking forward to hearing from you - thanks a million in advance for your help and guidance
Cheers
AJ
Unless you have a business that you can use for a tax write-off don't lease by and I'd buy the Toyota
With those cars, I would buy instead of lease. Really I would get the one that feels best to you. They are all good choices.
The Camry and Corolla last forever. I think you should buy one instead of lease one. If you are in a tight financial spot, buy a used one. I’d avoid the 2018 models, but newer and older ones are good.
The issue about small turbo engines are that they are under more stress and if they do not have current issues, the possibility of having long term issues is much higher than naturally aspirated ones or bigger turbo engines.
Thank you all - Appreciate for all the feedback and prompt responses here.
Just another quick qtn - can you please confirm if Honda Civic 2022 still continues to have an oil dilution problems with 1.5 Turbo /180 hp engines? Civic 2022 car has been completely redesigned.
thank you all - again appreciate for confirmation
