hey Scotty, what do you think about a brand new 2020 toyota corolla? should I buy a manual corolla or an automatic 2020 Camry?

Depends on what you want. You are comparing two different vehicles, Camry gives you a smoother more luxury ride but Corolla is a smaller car with a better gas mileage.

Go for the Toyota Camry, one of the best cars in the world. I have a 1988 and a 2002 model

Do the math: Payments, insurance, gas, etc. And then go drive both. See what you like. Calculate what you can afford. Think about how you're going to use the car.
Put all of that in the hopper, and then make a choice.
