Crankcase pressure issue..

2007 Dodge Dakota 3.7 w/ 4 speed auto 130k miles. Started having an issue with the motor kinda missing a beat which felt like a miss fire so replaced plugs and it kinda went away but still would happen every now and then. Last month I was Changing oil and heard a vacuum leak. Tracked it down and the pcv hose had collapsed. So replaced pcv and hose with OEM parts. Vacuum leak gone I think as Dodge changed designs of the hose from a rubber hose to a hard plastic type "so it may even be collapsing just can't tell as easy". Issue now is I went to change oil yesterday "every 2500miles" I have oil everywhere. Thought maybe hole in filter from using wrench so did oil change drove to work this morning fresh oil still leaking.. From where I can not locate. From top of motor can't see any fluids not from heads or valve covers seems to be coming from the front or front drivers side of block. My question is Im pretty sure whatever seal is leaking is because of crank pressure as it seemed replacing the pcv did nothing with helping vent crank pressure. What else could it be? Possible location where oil is coming from?

You have to track down the source of the leak to get a definitive answer.  Did you check the other vent tube running from the valve cover to the air intake tube to dee if it collapsed or became disconnected?

Hose is intact and is not collapsing. Yet it can not be a coincidence that 2 weeks after pcv valve and hose was replaced I blow an oil seal. I would assume it has to be from crankcase pressure. Leak is for sure on the the driver's front side of motor as pass side is fairly dry other then then some oil that was blown on it while driving. I will get under truck tomorrow and hit it with a power washer to remove all oil then try and see where oil is coming from. Thank you Doc
