I have a 2002 Honda CR-V. It was not treated the best by the previous owner. I've repaired all his damage, but I am still having an issue with the Cruise Control. Intermittently it will start to stutter and then the cruise control light and function will go off and the car will begin to coast. When this happens, I have to press the master On/Off switch for the cruise control, it seems to reset it. It sometimes will begin working again after this, but usually doesn't until it randomly begins working again later in the day. There seems to be no common circumstances for it shutting down or starting to work correctly again. No codes or anything, but I don't have a great tester. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
Unfortunately that's usually a sign the control module is going out turning it on and off resets that. I see that a lot and you can only buy that from Honda's relatively expensive
