Hi Scotty, huge fan of your videos. My girlfriend has a 2017 Volkswagen Golf (made in Mexico) with 68355 miles but the battery got completely drained. We took it to AutoZone to have the battery tested but the tester showed that the battery had 0% charge and we had to jump start the car to take it to the dealership. I found it weird that a five-year old battery would get completely drained. Could it be that the alternator is going bad? My girlfriend uses the car daily for her work.

Could it be that the alternator is going bad?
You'll have to test it and see. Should have done it while you were at the Autozone.
But something could also have been left turned on or plugged in.
