What’s the condition & quantity of your transmission fluid?

The procedure to check your ATF level should be mentioned in your owner’s manual.

You might want to do a drain & fill of your ATF, after browsing through this link -

you should drain the transmission and take a closer look at the fluid. I've never heard of yellow transmission fluid.

Quantity seems fine, but i cant judge its condition. Since i am not an expert. The fluid is a bit yellowish. In my manual it says that the transmission fluid should be replaced after 60.000km or every 3 years under severe use/conditions - which is the case here since with regular extreme temperatures of over 95 degrees fahrenheit here in Laos, SE Asia (35 degrees celsius). I see a lot of debris in the test tube (see picture), also some coming out with the stick, not sure how deep this white/yellowish debris can be found further in though. What is this stuff? / what could it be?

Yeah I’d drain & fill. Or visit your Honda dealer or a professional mechanic to have it done for you. Seems like the previous owner didn’t seal the transmission dipstick shut. What is the colour of the soil, in your area?

yeah its not soil, it looks more like dried up milk powder, that kind of texture, its soft and brittle.
