Dodge Nitro not charging battery

Hello, I have a 2011 Dodge Nitro 4x4 with auto trans and 3.7 V6. I am the original owner and it has 78,000 miles. I've done all of my own maintenance, as I have on all of my vehicles, and keep up on any preventative maintenance. I've replace the alternator, battery, and supertine belt, and it won't hold a charge. When I tested at the battery terminal the volts are 10.77 with a fresh charge on the battery and the vehicle running. I get the same reading at the alternator. I also checked the inline fuse and it's okay. If I leave the vehicle running the volts drop drastically, within 5 minutes, the test reading went from 10.77 to 8.45. I was wondering if the PCM may need to be replaced, I've read that this particular model has lots of issues with the PCM. By the way, I have been a long time subscriber to your youtube channel love your videos. Thank you.

The alternator is not charging properly and/or a parasitic drain.

Load test the alternator and battery.

I had that done at the parts store, they concluded that the new Alt was a dud so they exchanged it. I had them bench test the new replacement Alt prior to install and it tested fine, but I'm still having the same issue with the new Alt.

So if this is the case, odds are that the PCM is faulty.
