How do I fix noise and vibration in steering column

Hello, I have a 2003 Ram w/ 5.9 diesel, 4x4, w/ Automatic transmission.

After having the dash pulled and replacing the heater core, Evap Core and the blend doors and having the dash cluster refurbished... etc...   While driving I started hearing a noise and feeling a vibration in the steering column. I've replaced the the steering gear box, the entire steering shaft, sway bar bushings, links. The rest of the suspension is in a great condition...

I'm still hearing a noise behind the Air Bag and I can can still feel a little play when driving over bumpy surfaces...  I thank you in advance and appreciate your time and consideration with this matter..

Okay pulling at dash out. I said gigantic pain in the ass job. Obviously the job was messed up. The steering wheel has to be dropped to do that. I'm assuming either it's not aligned correctly when it was put back in or they may have damaged the universal joint setup that allows it to both turn and go slightly sideways to get to the steering under the car. Either way I take it back to wherever did the work
