Scotty,
I have a 2013 GMC Yukon XL (170,000 miles) When I try to purchase a fuel filter, multiple autopart stores state that my vehicles fuel filter is unserviceable. Meaning it doesn't have one, or does it?? Thanks!

every vehicle has to have a fuel filter. It's just that sometimes it's part of the fuel pump assembly.

It's in the gas tank attached to the fuel pump.

I have never heard of a vehicle's fuel filter being "unserviceable". What auto parts store did you go to?
