My girlfriend has recently been offered a FREE 1996 GMC Yukon with 176k miles on it by a family member. The catch is that it’s been sitting for about 8 years. It was a county maintained vehicle for all of its life. Apparently the only issue currently is a broken gas line. What kinds of issues would we be looking at with a vehicle that has been sitting so long? Is it worth the hassle? Anything helps. Thanks !
