I have a 1991 Dodge Spirit with a 2.5L engine that is Pre-OBD and uses the DRB tool specific to Chrysler products (80s-95). Are there scanners today (OBD) that can read like a DRB or some tool that can replace the functions of a DRB to adjust systems? What do other do besides turning the key three times to retrieve codes?

I have those old OBD systems you can't get much I always use the old snap-on brick scanners and you can get a used one cheap enough that would do about as much as most could do on one of those things.
