Scotty, I have two codes firing on my 2003 Rav4 with 241,000 miles. P0175 & P0172. About three months ago I replaced all injectors, had ECU tested, new Ignition coils, new MAF, new fuel pump and filters, new wiring on MAF, new TPS, new IACV, cleaned throttle body (took it off car), new (Real) spark plugs. Air filter is clean and no obvious problems. Car was (and still is) running stellar.
All this was done because of a situation where I had purchased bad (cheap Chinese) spark plugs and went hunting the problem. Turned out it was the spark plugs and IACV was also bad.
What is the most likely culprit now?
Love your show, I listen to multiple episodes daily on my commute.
Which engine do you have?
Assuming US, only engine available is the 1AZ-FE 2.0 I4
