Scotty, all of the oil leaked out of my wife's car in the driveway after she took it to jiffy lube. I don't want them touching the car again and obviously can't drive it anyway. The original drain plug is stripped. Thinking about doing the eco plug aluminum fix until I can afford a new oil pan. I've tried to use an oversize plug but I can't seem to get it started. Factory size was M14 1.5. Oversize plug is 5/8-18.
Keep all of your receipts for the oil change service and the parts you need to repair the damage. Bill it to Jiffy Lube and if they refuse to pay, take them to small claims court. Take photos of everything. The only way to get a 5/8-18 to fit would be to tap out the old hole, and even this would be a risky, if not unsuccessful procedure.
You could try one of the following solutions for now, though best long-term fix would be to replace the oil pan. As @doc says document what happened and all your expenses, and if necessary take them to small claims court. Above all: never, EVER go back to a quick lube joint ever again.

Aluminum or Steel pan?
What year, make, model?
Are the threads on the pan gone too? Or just the plug?
Aluminum pan, plug threads are gone and pan wasn't completely gone but messed up bad. Installed a new plug today and it works well. Fingers crossed.
